COVID-19 Update
A statement from the Rockthorpe Board on 19 March 2020:
The ongoing COVID-19 outbreak is already having a huge impact on businesses throughout the UK, with many organisation and individuals still coming to terms with what the situation will mean to them.
Given the accelerated shift towards home working, businesses are facing unprecedented challenges in delivering services to employees securely and efficiently without prejudice to their location.
Ways of working are changing and staff availability means that processes are currently in flux. It is important for businesses to continue to operate to be able to support their workforce and the customers who depend on them.
Rockthorpe continue to be here to support organisations across the UK in adapting to new technology, process and security challenges. Our consultants are continuing to deliver projects, while adapting to the new normal. We have ramped up our use of remote meeting technologies and are investing in web-based technologies to support running what would typically be in-person events online. We continue to be committed to our customers and ask them to continue to commit to us. Any customer who is concerned about an ongoing project should, in the first instance, contact their account manager.
The Board are monitoring government advice and will continue to heed it, to ensure that staff, customers and the most vulnerable members of society remain safe and healthy.
